How to delete your Jondoe account (Step-by-step)

  1. Open the Jondoe app

  2. Go to the Main Menu

  3. Tap your profile picture (top-right, next to the notification icon)

  4. Tap Personal Information

  5. Scroll to the bottom

  6. Tap Delete Account

  7. Confirm to finish

What happens next

  • Your account will be permanently deleted.

  • Your information will be removed from our app after deletion.
