Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Savvh Apps LLC.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on March 29, 2026 and ends on April 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries received after this deadline will not be eligible.

4. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

5. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

Option 1: App + Instagram Entry
To enter through Jondoe and Instagram, participants must:
• Download the Jondoe app
• Create a free Jondoe account
• Maintain an active login in the app
• Follow @getjondoe on Instagram
• Tag 2 people in the comments on the official giveaway post

By following @getjondoe and tagging 2 people in the comments on the giveaway post, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Option 2: Free Alternative Method of Entry
Participants may also enter for free without downloading the app or using Instagram by emailing team@heyjondoe.com before April 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time with the subject line:
Jondoe Food Tour Giveaway Entry

The email must include:
• Full name
• Valid email address
• A statement that the participant wants to enter the Jondoe Food Tour Giveaway

All eligible entries, regardless of entry method, will have an equal chance of winning.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The winner will be announced on Jondoe’s Instagram page and may be contacted through:
• Instagram direct message
• Email associated with their Jondoe account or submitted by email entry

It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date.

7. Winner Requirements

If the winner was selected through the app + Instagram entry method, the winner must, at the time of selection and contact:
• Have a valid Jondoe account
• Be actively logged into the app
• Be following @getjondoe on Instagram

If the selected winner entered through the free email method, they do not need to have a Jondoe account or follow Jondoe on Instagram to remain eligible.

If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within a reasonable period of time, or is found to be ineligible, Jondoe reserves the right to select another winner.

8. Prize

The prize consists of a Food Tour for 2 people at participating vendors at the Ocean Beach Farmers Market. Each participating vendor will provide a specific item as part of the experience.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash.

9. Redemption Period

The winner will have 30 days from the date of notification to redeem and complete the food tour.

10. Vendor Availability Disclaimer

Jondoe and Savvh Apps LLC are not responsible if:
• The winner does not complete the food tour within the 30-day redemption period
• A vendor is unavailable
• A product or item is sold out or unavailable at the time of visit
• Any part of the experience changes due to vendor availability, scheduling, or circumstances beyond Jondoe’s control

The experience is subject to each participating vendor’s availability.

11. General Conditions

Jondoe reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of Jondoe, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Savvh Apps LLC, Jondoe, participating vendors, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, loss, or damage arising out of or related to participation in the giveaway or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway, winner notification, and related communications, in accordance with Jondoe’s applicable privacy practices.

14. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
